WENATCHEE — A Cashmere man charged with two counts of rape was found not guilty of one charge and the jury could not reach a verdict on the other.

Blake Alexander Badgley was accused of raping an unconscious 19-year-old woman at a party in 2018. Badgley, now 23, was charged in Chelan County Superior Court with second-degree rape and third-degree rape.
