Topsail Island featured in country music singer’s latest music video

TOPSAIL ISLAND, NC (WWAY) — Country music singer and Garner native Scotty McCreery has released a new music video that includes some familiar sights.

The video for “Small Town Girl” was shot on Topsail Island, according to Pender County Tourism.
