Friday night’s Jim Thorpe at Notre Dame-Green Pond football game has been postponed until 6 p.m. Monday in Easton because of contact tracing among the Crusaders, according to a release from the Allentown Diocese.

Coach Phil Stambaugh’s club is 4-0 this season. Mark Rosenberger’s Olympians are 2-2.

The teams met in last year’s District 11 Class 3A playoffs, with Notre Dame-GP winning.

This is the third Colonial League-Schuylkill League game postponed this season. Earlier, Bangor at Blue Mountain and Northern Lehigh at Tamaqua were pushed back from Friday until Monday.

Panther Valley had its first two games canceled because of COVID.
