The Board of Osage County Commissioners will convene for a regularly scheduled meeting at the fairgrounds on Monday morning to get an assortment of things accomplished.

Glenn Quinby, a member of one of the local rural fire districts, will be requesting that Oklahoma State University provide fire service training. That training will be for those Osage County rural fire districts and money would be taken from the American Rescue Plan Act the county has received.

The Board will have discussion and consider signing the CIRB eight-year plan and they will also go into executive session to discuss a lawsuit.

Fayth Holloway will also be on hand requesting a reduction rate to use the Clarence Brantley Indoor Arena for the second annual Cowboy Challenge for Miss Mattie taking place during the last weekend in October.

The meeting begins at 10 o’ clock in the morning for those interested in attending.
