Rob Kardashian Files New Court Papers in Domestic Violence Suit Against Blac Chyna

Rob Kardashian has filed new court papers to support his domestic violence lawsuit against former partner Blac Chyna.

Kardashian had initially sued Chyna, real name Angela Renée White, in September 2017, alleging that she violently attacked him on December 14, 2016, in the Hidden Hills, California, home they shared that belonged to his sister, Kylie Jenner.

And further details of his allegations have been laid bare in new papers filed by Kardashian's lawyers in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday and Wednesday, according to KTTV.

"Chyna has never refuted the key evidence supporting Rob's claims, in particular the sworn statements of multiple third-party witnesses, who each independently confirmed that Chyna violently attacked Rob in 2016, pointed a gun at his head, threatened to kill him, ripped his shirt, beat him about the face and neck with her fists and destroyed property inside the home they shared," reads a statement.

The lawyers went on to state that Chyna's "outlandish defense that she simply was being her very outgoing, colorful, and joking self with Rob when she threatened to kill him and then physically attacked him should not be countenanced by this court.

"Pointing a gun at another person's head while threatening to kill him, followed by acts of strangulation and physical assault with a metal pole and fists, is not a joking matter."

Model and reality TV star Chyna had previously filed a motion to dismiss Kardashian's case, a move that a judge denied in September 2020, per KTTV. In May, Chyna's attorney filed a renewed motion for the case to be dismissed, citing previous "bombshell admissions" made by Kardashian.

According to Chyna's attorney, Kardashian told the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) reports that Chyna had never committed any violent acts against him while a welfare check was made concerning the former couple's daughter Dream, now aged 4.

According to KTTV, lawyers for both parties had been unaware of the DCFS report, which a Los Angeles Juvenile Court judge ruled was relevant to Chyna's defense in the Kardashian suit.

A filing on Chyna's behalf reads: "Rob's fatal, pre-lawsuit admissions in the DCFS reports that Chyna had never hit him and never committed domestic violence against him, combined with previously filed contemporaneous videotape evidence proving that Rob did not have a scratch on him... prove that no reasonable juror could find in Rob's favor on his assault and battery claims."

Kardashian has now countered in a sworn declaration: "When Chyna is drunk and high, she is very strong. As the night went on and she became more and more intoxicated, her behavior escalated and she became very violent and aggressive.

"While I was in the living room, Chyna came up behind me with an iPhone charger and wrapped it around my neck tightly and started choking me with the charger," he has alleged.

"At one point, as Chyna was choking me with the charger wrapped very tightly around my neck, I was fortunate enough to pull the cable off my neck. I went to the master bedroom to get away from her and locked the door.

"I told my mom, Kris, and my sisters, including Kim Kardashian West, Khloe Kardashian and Kylie, about Chyna's violent attack, and told them that I thought Chyna had tried to kill me," he said in his declaration. "I was embarrassed to talk about the way Chyna treated me."

Kris Jenner's partner, Corey Gamble, has said in his own declaration that he witnessed Chyna violently attacking Kardashian at home. He has alleged that he helped Kardashian get out of the house and into his car so he could drive to the home of a friend.

That friend, Victory Belz, said in a separate declaration that he saw Chyna drinking champagne and pointing a gun at Kardashian's head as the two men spoke on FaceTime.

A hearing on Chyna's renewed motion for dismissal of Kardashian's suit is scheduled to take place on October 12.

Kardashian, 34, and Chyna, 33, were first romantically linked in January 2016, with their relationship sparking headlines as rapper Tyga, with whom Chyna shares a child, had previously dated Kardashian's sister, Kylie Jenner.

Chyna, who was also previously a close friend of Kardashian's sister, Kim Kardashian, gave birth to their daughter in November 2016, months before their split in the summer of 2017.

Rob Kardashian was banned from Twitter when, at the time of their split, he alleged on the platform that Chyna had cheated on him before sharing sexually explicit photographs of her. She was subsequently granted a restraining order.
