Michael Strahan and Jimmy Fallon gave visitors of New York City’s Madame Tussauds quite a fright on Thursday night.

Fallon visited all five of New York City’s boroughs on Thursday’s edition of the Tonight Show, heading to  Madame Tussauds during his time in Manhattan.

The late-night host invited his first guest, Michael Strahan, to join him at the museum, as they both wanted to “have a little fun” with those looking to see wax figures of their favorite stars.

“We both have wax figures of ourselves on display here at Madame Tussauds, and so I thought it would be fun to pretend to be our wax figures and then surprise them,” Fallon explained to Strahan once they arrived at the museum, to which the Good Morning America host replied, “That’s fun.”

After inspecting their figures, Fallon cracking that he’d never seen the back of his ear before, the two began to scare fans visiting the mock Tonight Show set.

The two managed to fool the museum’s visitors by sitting perfectly still as fans posed for pictures with what they thought were wax figures of the stars.

Just as the camera clicked to take their pictures, Fallon and Strahan jumped out at them, making their very-much-living presence known.
