BISMARCK, ND. (NewsDakota.com) – The Blue Jay boys soccer team wrapped up its regular season on Thursday evening in Bismarck as Jamestown picked up a point in a scoreless draw against the Demons.

A defensive battle from start to finish, Blue Jay goalie Ryan Larson made five saves to keep Bismarck off the scoreboard in the draw for Jamestown. Larson now has back-to-back shutouts in goal for the Blue Jays heading into the WDA tournament.

Jamestown earned the #5 overall seed heading into the WDA play-in tournament which begins on Tuesday at Rotary Soccer Field. The Blue Jays finished the regular season with a 4-8-2 overall record and will take on #8 seed Williston. Jamestown holds a 1-0-1 record against the Coyotes this season, including a 5-1 win at home over Williston back on August 28th.
