Sept. 24 (UPI) -- James Corden serves as Rihanna's assistant in a new segment on The Late Late Show with James Corden.

Thursday's episode of the CBS late-night show showed Corden, 43, take over as Rihanna's assistant at a photoshoot for her Savage X Fenty lingerie line.

Corden met with Rihanna's real-life assistant, Carolyn, who shot down Corden's ideas to tell people not to look at Rihanna and face the wall as the singer and fashion designer walks by.

"Be savage, but chilled. Be on top of it, but relaxed. Know the schedule, but don't give a [expletive]," Corden suggested.

After Corden fetched Rihanna a coffee, Rihanna shared how it takes "months and months and months" to put on a fashion show.

"I'm really impressed by what my team and I have been able to put together. Especially the middle of a pandemic, there are so many restrictions, so many rules and boundaries," the star said.

Corden later tried his hand at being a makeup artist and spoke to Rihanna about the importance of inclusivity at her brand.

"That is my bottomline, my foundation is build on inclusivity," Rihanna said. "I only know my household, my childhood, my mom -- she's a Black woman with curves. I don't know anything else, so when I make something, I'd be an idiot to want to exclude anyone."

"I don't care what size you are, what race you are, what religion you come from. I want you to feel like you're represented here," she added.

Rihanna oversees her Fenty X Savage lingerie line and her Fenty Beauty cosmetics line. Her Fenty fashion house with LVMH was put on hold in February due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Forbes reported in August that Rihanna has officially become a billionaire, with most of her fortune coming from Fenty Beauty.
