Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office

RACELAND, La. (BRPROUD) – Do you recognize the truck in the picture?

The Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office would like to ask the vehicle owner a few questions.

The questions center around an alleged looting incident that took place on September 17 in the 100 block of Buford St.

After arriving at the scene of the alleged looting, deputies questioned the property owner.

According to the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office, the “property owner reported three metal canopies and a metal chair had been stolen from the side of a building.”

Further investigation by deputies included looking at surveillance video.

That surveillance video showed “an image of a Dodge Ram 2500 truck and trailer into which the items were loaded and hauled away just after 1 p.m. on September 17.”
