Moses Maze, 20, of Marion has been arrested on charges of Domestic Battery in the 1400 block of N. State St. on Sept. 15.
David Brunk, 50, of Carbondale, has been issued citations for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Improper Signal on Sept. 15, in the 1500 block of W. DeYoung St.
Samantha Benson, 25, of Marion, has been issued a citation for Possession of Cannabis in the 1100 W. Boulevard St. on Sept. 15.
Jeffery Clerk, 60, of Marion, has been issued citations for Possession of Methamphetamines, 3 counts of Methamphetamine Delivery, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance on Aug. 16, in the area of. N McLaren St.
Curtis Fofar, 32, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Aggravated Battery, Victim over 60 and Domestic Battery in the 800 block of N. Granite St. on Sept. 5.
Sean Simmons, 38, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Possession of Methamphetamines and Disobeying a Stop Sign on Sept. 13, in the area of N. Fair St. and E. Reeves St.
Samantha Brooks, 28, of Carbondale, has been arrested on charges of Theft over $500 in the 1100 block of N. Carbon St. on Sept. 16.
Scott Swanson, 33, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Aggravated Assault and Aggravated Battery in a Public Place on Sept. 16, in the 1100 N. Carbon St.
Michael Pierce, 51, of Princeton, IN, has been arrested on charges of Unlawful Use of Body Armor, Disregarding a Stop Sign, Aggravated Fleeing/Eluding Police, Unlawful Use/Possession of a Weapon on Sept. 17, in the 900 block of Halfway Rd.
Luis Anguiano, 47, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Domestic Battery in the 2000 Westminster Dr. on Sept. 19.
