BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — The Boynton Beach Police Department is offering a $9,500 reward for information leading to an arrest in an unsolved murder case.
Police say the found Boynton resident Joel Timothy Johnson dead in a canal behind Villager Plaza near North Congress Avenue on June 18, 2015.
Authorities ruled his death a homicide.
