Bi-Annual Alcohol Review
The Drug Free Schools and Campuses Regulations of the Drug-Free Schools and
Communities Act requires an institution of higher education such as Monroe
Community College to certify that it has adopted and implemented programs to
prevent the abuse of alcohol and use of or distribution of illicit drugs by MCC
students and employees both on its premises and as part of any of its
activities.
To that end, a biennial review of campus-wide efforts in these areas is
conducted and the results are posted to the public. You can find a copy
of MCC’s Bi-Annual Alcohol Review on the Student Rights and
Responsibilities website, or by clicking here.
