Veteran Leasing Trio Joins Savills’ Boston Office

Ron Perry, Larry Epstein, and Matt Perry have joined Savills’ Boston office through T3 Advisors, A Savills Company. The trio was previously at Avison Young, where they arranged 260 transactions totaling approximately 2.6 million square feet over the past five years.  

In 2020, the team completed Avison Young’s largest transaction globally, representing Loomis Sayles in its 230,000-square-foot lease at One Financial Center in Boston. Ron Perry will be an executive managing director, Epstein will be a senior managing director, and Matt Perry will be a corporate managing director.
