Torreyes went 1-for-1 with a three-run home run in a 12-6 victory against Pittsburgh on Thursday.

Torreyes stepped to the plate for starter Aaron Nola in the sixth inning and launched a two-out home run to left to bring Philadelphia all the way back from a 6-0 deficit. The 29-year-old only had one at-bat this week prior to Thursday's game, though he could receive more opportunities moving forward thanks to the clutch long ball.
