West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice visited the West Liberty University campus on Thursday afternoon to let three Ohio Valley residents know they were big winners in the latest Babydog vaccination sweepstakes.

Kassidy Wolfe, a WLU sophomore from Morgantown and member of the women’s soccer team, was handed the keys to a new sports car.
Homer Pierce, of Weirton, won free gas for 10 years, a prize valued at $40,000.
Wheeling’s Travis Bayes was presented a new ATV.
Robert Springer, of Moundsville, won a Marshall football/basketball season ticket package.
