Chasing It Down

Winger Colleen Caswell chases the ball up the left wing for the Falmouth field hockey team during Wednesday’s exciting 3-3 game against Monomoy High School.

Two of the best Cape and Islands League field hockey teams this year played one of the best regular season games in recent history on Wednesday, September 22, at the Falmouth High School All-Purpose Field. Falmouth and Monomoy battled back and forth for four quarters in an instant classic that ended in a 3-3 draw.

The game was the first non-win for both teams. Both clubs are now 4-0-1 and a half game behind first place Sandwich, which is 4-0.
