On Tuesday, Sept. 28, at 1 pm, at fitnyc.edu/unstoppable2021, the School of Graduate Studies will premiere a video showcase from the Fashion Design MFA program’s class of 2021 titled Unstoppable. This video features 14 designers discussing their points of view and the inspiration behind their graduate collections. As the title suggests, the video also represents the students’ tremendous determination in the face of the pandemic year.
Through a process of exploration, discovery, and faculty mentorship, each student has created their fashion collection and accompanying video with an understanding of their potential to claim their own space in the field of fashion design.
