Two Major Raids Added to WoW BC Classic

Are you enjoying World of Warcraft Burning Crusade Classic? Since its launch, WoW BC Classic has been a hit with players. Exploring the Outlands means getting a taste of the classic grind experience of old-school World of Warcraft. As of last week, two new major raids made their way to WoW BC Classic. Let’s check out the details.

What New Raids are Available in WoW BC Classic?

The update brings a couple of new factions, the Ogri’la and Sha’tari Skyguard. Whichever one you decide to ally up with, you will receive plenty of exciting quests which present you with excellent rewards.

As for the raids, their names are Serpentshrine Cavern and The Eye. Let’s take a closer look at what each of them has to offer, beginning with Serpentshrine Cavern.

When you play Serpentshrine Cavern, you will journey to Coilfang Reservoir in Zangarmarsh for a max-level raid. Expect a challenge. You’ve got six raid bosses to deal with as you confront Lady Vashj and the naga. The limit for this raid is 25 players, and it has a weekly reset. It is up to you in what order you want to fight each of the bosses on your way to Lady Vashj.

Moving on to the The Eye, this raid involves storming the crystalline Tempest Keep in the Netherstorm and fighting your way through four raid bosses. Ultimately, you will come up against Kael’thas Sunstride. As with Serpentshrine Cavern, the raid features a 25-player limit and a weekly reset. If you have been trying to get your hands on Ashes of Al’ar, you might have a shot at it when you play through this raid. So, give it a try. Soon, you might be zooming around on a phoenix.

The patch that introduced the raids and the new factions brings some other features as well. These include Guild Banks and a Group Browser Tool, as well as Arena Season 2. Plus, there have been changes in PvP and raid rewards as well. There were a slew of bug fixes too. You can take a look at the full patch notes at the WoW website.

More About WoW BC Classic

You probably remember when World of Warcraft Classic launched in 2019. That release brought back the experience of World of Warcraft prior to the launch of The Burning Crusade. WoW Burning Crusade Classic captures the experience of classic World of Warcraft with The Burning Crusade expansion.

World of Warcraft Burning Crusade Classic is not identical to the original WoW The Burning Crusade experience (even the name is slightly different, as you will note that Blizzard dropped the “the”). Nevertheless, it offers an ideal balance between new and old, satisfying veterans looking for a nostalgic trip back in time as well as a newer generation of players who did not know what it was like to play World of Warcraft back in the old days.

If you decide to take on the two new raids in WoW BC Classic, you are going to need to go in ready for a brutal fight. Indeed, since BC Classic brings back a lot of intense grind aspects of the original, it can test your patience if you do not prepare. So, this is a great time to stock up on WoW TBC Gold so that you are ready for anything.

As Blizzard continues to patch and update Burning Crusade Classic, we will share the latest news with you. Check back in again with us soon to find out more about what is going on in World of Warcraft. In the meantime, have fun with the new raids!
