Danger Boat Comedy is hosting what they’re calling the first ever in the Twin Cities — and possibly the world — Improv Comedy Meat Raffle.

The event features prime meat selections ranging in value from $25 to $50 with multiple chances to win. Danger Boat will perform live, short-form improv comedy in the tradition of “Whose Line Is It Anyway.” Shows are entirely unscripted and are based on audience suggestions and participation.

Improv Comedy Meat Raffles begin Sept. 24, with two more scheduled from 7 to 9 p.m. Oct. 8 and Oct. 22 at Finnegans in downtown Minneapolis. Admission is free, raffle tickets are $2 and $3 each. Proceeds benefit Firefighters For Healing, a local nonprofit that provides support to burn survivor patients and helps firefighters and first responders pivot after an injury or medical diagnosis.
