Jerome Charles “Jerry” Spencer, 80, of Fredonia, N.Y., passed away Saturday July 3, 2021, at Buffalo General Hospital.

Visitation will be held Saturday Sept. 25, 2021, from 10-11am at Family Church, 19 Church St., Fredonia, N.Y., where a memorial service will follow at 11 a.m.

Interment, with Military Honors, will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
