4h agoA dog missing since February was found alive in Waterbury.
Cindy was in a vehicle stolen from the Fairfield Service Plaza on I-95. The vehicle was found a short time later without Cindy in it.
On Wednesday, detectives conducted surveillance operations in Waterbury and located Cindy. She was transported to an animal hospital for evaluation.
The dog will be reunited with her family soon. Police have not made any arrests yet.
