Tyler Childers Treats Fans To Performance Of The Unreleased Love Ballad, “Her And The Banks”

I’m in desperate need of some new Tyler Childers right now.

I mean, is there anything better than pouring yourself a hot cup of coffee on a brisk fall morning, and listening to a little Tyler Childers “Shake the Frost”? I maintain that there isn’t…

Although we have no timetable on when we’ll be getting some new music from the man, the great news is that he has an entire vault of unreleased magic that only the die hard fans will know.

And lately, he’s been kicking off shows with one of my favorites… “Her And The Banks.”

Last night, while filling in for Sturgill Simpson at the Ameris Bank Amphitheatre in Alpharetta, Georgia, he treated the crowd to performance of the unreleased, tenderhearted love song.

He’s had this one in the arsenal for a while now, but we’ve yet to see it on any of his albums thus far. Something tells me we might never get to, but if we do, I won’t be mad about it.

It’s insanely good.
