UPDATE: Harrisburg man jailed without bond, charged after allegedly putting gun against victim’s head

A Boone County judge has ordered a Harrisburg man to be jailed without bond, after the suspect allegedly put a gun to someone’s head and later shot at the victim from outside a house.

25-year-old Brendon Sublett is charged with six felonies, including two counts of armed criminal action. Boone County Sheriff’s deputies say Tuesday night’s incident began as a domestic disturbance, and that Sublett physically resisted deputies trying to arrest him.

Sublett was arraigned via video Wednesday afternoon.
