NEW HAVEN, Conn. -Â The Southern Connecticut State University men's soccer team lost to The College of Saint Rose, 2-0, on Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2021 in a Northeast Conference matchup at Jess Dow Field. With the loss, the Owls fell to 1-4-1 overall and 1-1-0 in the NE10 while the Golden Knights improve to 2-2-1 overall and 1-0-0 in the NE10.

Saint Rose scored both goals in the first half of action, with the first coming in the 15th minute on a penalty kick and the second coming in the 29th minute.Â
