EUGENE, Ore. —
The Eugene Chamber of Commerce has released its report and recommendations on homelessness.

The Chamber surveyed more than 150 stakeholders and found that many felt that the homeless crisis is being managed, rather than solved.
KVAL
The report calls for prioritizing emergency shelter and finding ways to make permanent housing more affordable.
It also calls for better accountability and sending the message that Eugene is not a place for the homeless to break the law.
