'Wisdom, experience, maturity' are Olsen's strengths

As a resident of the City of New London for 21 years, I am proud to endorse Marty Olsen as a Republican candidate for a seat on City Council. For the past 11 years, I have known Marty Olsen, including when he served as mayor, and while I lived downtown from 2010 to 2014. In the past, I have publicly recognized his hard work in creating a thriving business and arts community and in his efforts in fighting crime.

Marty has a diverse background in business, education, construction, and landscaping. His wisdom, experience and maturity will help to restore the healthy balance of power that is necessary for the city. Once in a blue moon someone comes along who stands out in the crowd. That someone is Marty Olsen. He deserves your vote on Nov. 2.
