Security footage released of theft in Ithaca

ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) – The Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect in connection to a local theft.

The incident took place at Gorges Cycling on North Triphammer Road back on September 3rd.

The Sheriff’s Office recently released security footage of the event, showing the suspect – a black male with a white beard who was wearing a blue, long-sleeved shirt and a tan baseball cap.

You can see the video footage on the Tompkins County Sheriff’s Facebook page.
