GRAND TRAVERSE COUNTY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) -- A Michigan State Police Trooper was involved in a three-vehicle crash Wednesday morning on North Keystone Road in Blair Township.

According to MSP, the trooper was heading south on Keystone Road attempting to make a left turn when a Chevrolet Equinox, driven by a 55-year-old Mt. Pleasant woman, struck the cruiser from behind, pushing it in the way of oncoming traffic.
The cruiser was hit by a northbound Honda Pilot, driven by a 20-year-old Cedar woman.
The trooper and driver of the Honda reported were not injured, according to MSP, but the Equinox driver was taken to Munson Hospital in Traverse City and hospitalized for broken ribs and foot.
