OSBI AND UNION CITY INVESTIGATORS ON THIS SCENE AFTER A CALL INTO UNION CITY DISPATCH. UNION CITY WAS ON THE SCENE WITHIN MINUTES. DISCOVERED HER DECEASED AND THEY CALLED US. PATRINA: THE WOMAN’S BODY FOUND ON THIS GRAVEL, DESOLATE ROAD NEAR SOUTHWEST 44TH AND GREGORY. INVESTIGATORS PROCESSING THE SCENE FOUND A DUFFLE BAG ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE STREET FROM WHERE HER BODY WAS FOUND. >> WE ARE JUST NOW WRAPPING UP PROCESSING THE SCENE WITH OUR 3-D CRIME SCENE CAMERAS. OSBI renews $5,000 reward for information on 2020 homicide
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has renewed its $5,000 reward for information leading to the identification of the person who killed a 30-year-old woman last year in Oklahoma City.Union City police officers found Jennifer Jesse dead on March 11, 2020, after a passerby called 911 after they discovered her body on Southwest 44th Street and Gregory Road. Authorities positively identified the body as Jesse two days later, and the medical examiner's office determined that she was shot multiple times. The OSBI released pictures on March 30, 2020, of a man believed to have information that would help agents with their investigation. The pictures were taken shortly before 9:15 p.m. on March 2, 2020, at a Braum's near Southwest 70th Street and South Western Avenue.The man was wearing distinctive light-blue shoes with pink shoelaces, and OSBI officials said they believe he was wearing some kind of bandana or head covering.Anyone with information about the case is asked to call the OSBI at 800-522-8017 or email tips@osbi.ok.gov.
