Crews on scene of 'significant vehicle crash' just south of Murrells Inlet

MURRELLS INLET, S.C. (WPDE) —
Midway Fire Rescue says they're working with Murrells Inlet-Garden City Fire District at the scene of a 'significant vehicle crash'.

Officials say that the crash is located at the 17 Split just south of Murrells Inlet.
Multiple people are involved with several entrapments reported.
Officials ask that you avoid the area while they work the scene.
