FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — Police say a violent gang member has been arrested for two shootings that happened earlier this year in Fresno.

31-year-old Fresno gang member Freddie Phanh was arrested at his home in Southwest Fresno.
Phanh was wanted by the Fresno PD, accused of shooting into a vehicle with people inside and a second shooting that was gang-related.

The second shooting happened on September 16 on Herndon Avenue and First Street.
A person was hit by gunfire but his injuries were non-life-threatening.
During Phanh’s arrest, detectives say they recovered a firearm.
Phanh was booked at Fresno County Jail.
