Romeo Lavia: “What a night. What an experience.”

What a debut performance for Romeo Lavia in the League Cup! The midfielder performed admirably in a Manchester City vicyrp0ty playing alongside his hero in Kevin De Bruyne. His play was crisp and he never looked out of sorts. Speaking after the match, Romeo commented on the match and his feelings during and after, let’s dive in-

“It was just crazy,”

“What a night. What an experience.

“I enjoyed every minute. It was great to be here, to be able to show what I can do. [It’s] a night I’ll never forget.

“Every week I have tried to keep a good level. Everything that comes, we have to be ready for. From there it is just about building and now I am so glad to here.”

A great night overall as several academy players got time. Some might even play this weekend given the injury crisis underway at the club. Hopefully they will be up for it.
