A crash east of Des Moines shut down the southbound lanes of Highway 65 near the Vandalia Bridge Wednesday morning.The Polk County Sheriff's Office says just after 9 a.m. a cement truck rolled onto its side trying to avoid a merging car.No one was seriously injured, but cement from the truck spilled out, blocking the southbound lanes of Highway 65.Drivers were warned to avoid the area while the crash was cleaned. The highway has since reopened.The crash remains under investigation.
