Nearly $10,000 worth of items were stolen from a disable pickup parked along a road east of Salina Monday.

Saline County Sheriff Roger Soldan said this morning that sometime between 8 a.m. and noon someone broke out the passenger window of a 2011 Dodge Ram 3500 belonging to Environmental Priority Services of Salina and stole the following items.

●A fire extinguisher valued at $150

●A nitrogen bottle with a regulator valued at $800

●A beacon light valued at $160

●A carbon fiber hard hat valued at $80

●A Titleist golf bag with 14 clubs and a range finder valued at $3,500

●A large Tractor Supply tool box with welding supplies and tools valued at $5,000

Additionally, $300 damage was done to the pickup.

Soldan said the pickup was parked in the 9200 block of E. Magnolia Road after one of its tires blew out. Employees discovered the theft when they returned to replace the tire.
