A Gowanda man is facing felony DWI and aggravated DWI after a crash on the I-190 Exit 4 deceleration ramp in the city of Buffalo early Sunday morning. State Police Troop T reports that 23-year-old Leland John was apparently driving too fast for the exit ramp and rolled the vehicle, striking the left barrier. John was not injured, but troopers say they found him to be intoxicated. While being processed, John's blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.18 percent. That's more than twice the legal limit. Troopers say John was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to Buffalo City Court next month.
