Steubenville Police have identified the victim of a shooting on Euclid Avenue on Tuesday morning.

Patrick Thomas, 28, who had residences in Steubenville and California, was found dead in an apartment around 9:15.

"The last time we believe he was seen alive was around 1a.m.,” Steubenville Police Chief Bill McCafferty said. “The perpetrators entered his residence and shot him multiple times. That’s as much information as we have right now."
