Here Are Some ‘The Young & The Restless’ Spoilers To Get You Riled Up

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, September 22, 2021, reveal in Genoa City, Wisconsin Jack Abbott at a crossroads in his life not knowing what to do next. Do be warned as there are many spoilers ahead!

Abbott Is At A Loss

There was a time when Jack (Peter Bergman) was almost as ruthless and vindictive as The Great Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Heck, there was a time when Jack and Victor were the greatest of rivals always trying to destroy each other’s lives. They are now both calm and get along.

But at least Victor will always have Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) by his side while Jack is all alone. His last two failed romances with younger women who only knew how to lie didn’t help his situation. He now realizes he is in love with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and always has been but he doesn’t know what to do about it. He is not going to take her life.

Welcome To Your Life, Jack Abbott

So, what does Jack do on Wednesday? He reflects, of course. He dreams. And it’s his very own episode because if his little brother Billy Boy Abbott (Jason Thompson) can get TWO special episodes in the course of a year, Jack deserves at least one. Peter Bergman might even get another Emmy.

In Jack’s dream, Nick is very, very angry at him for interfering with his life with Phyllis. Jack tries to be apologetic, but Nick isn’t hearing it. He’s furious with Jack and seems to want to keep Phyllis to himself.

Fans should be aware that Nick is doubting his life after the scene he had with Sharon (Sharon Case) when Crimson Lights was closing. (Will he be able to get a very special episode as well?)

We’ll see flashbacks, flashforwards, and flashbacks of Jack’s life as he envisions it. We will also be treated to decades of Jack and Phyllis. What more can a fan ask for? Perhaps they would like to be together.

Jack wakes up from his dream and makes a decision on what to do with Phyllis’ situation. Will he fight for her, or will he let her suffer from Nick? Stay tuned to the Young and the Restless weekdays to find out.
