Lehman is then seen asking his daughter what she's up to.

She happily replies 'Bug! Bug!'

You then see David discover that the bug is actually a massive tarantula and he springs into action, attempting to get his young daughter away from it.

In the panic, Lehman accidentally nudges her down before picking her up and racing out of the room with their dog.

Luckily, in just seconds both David and Blake appear fine and free of the supposed 'bug.'

David, a manager for a car dealership, recalled his surprise.

'I was expecting a beetle, as it's that season right now, so when I saw the tarantula I just thought 'get that gnarly thing away from my daughter!

He says he tried to hit the can out of her hand but her grip on the can meant that she went down with the can.

'She landed on a padded grass area, the tarantula landed on her shoulder so I just grabbed her up into my arms,' he said.

The story has a happy ending, as Lehman caught the spider and set it free.

'Blake isn't phased and still loves exploring outside!,' David added.
