Series premiere: This reimagining focuses on a Black middle-class family in 1960s Montgomery, Ala., and is told through the eyes of 12-year-old Dean (played by Elisha “EJ” Williams). Riverdale isn’t worth watching these days. The first three seasons were really good and that’s because the parents were a main part of that. Once the parents took a backseat, it’s just boring. Archie’s story is the worst this season.
I bailed two seasons ago and tried it again after the time jump. It didn’t improve.
