After hours of listening to perspectives, the Council voted 6-1 to approve the rezone the 93.5 acres of land located just east of I-95. The gaming facility will take up more than 175,000 square feet and will include a hotel with up to 305 rooms, according to the plans. The project will also include a theater and a parking garage, along with multiple restaurants.
