We’re officially entering the third week of guest co-hosts on The View, with a whole season still left ahead of us. Starting today, politician and businesswoman Carly Fiorina will replace the conservative seat left empty by ex-host Meghan McCain, which has already been filled by politician Mia Love and journalist Mary Katharine Ham. The politician took to the panel today to talk about hot topics like Trump’s Republican party, the Gabby Petito tragedy, and telecommuting, and viewers had mixed reactions on her conservative talking points.

Fiorina began her brief stint as guest co-host tearing into the current state of the Republican Party, specifically addressing the January Capitol riots. “I personally am horrified by what the term ‘conservative’ has come to mean,” Fiorina said on the matter. “I think people need to speak up. But I agree: right now, it’s not looking too good.”

Viewers were quick to react to her statements on the matter, backing her “pragmatic conservative voice.”

“Carly Fiorina sounds like a really smart woman,” one user wrote.

But others were not as impressed by Fiorina’s Celine Dion look and conservative POV. “Here’s a reminder to Carly Fiorina,” another Twitter user wrote. “The Republican Party haven’t been on the right side of history for a very long time.”

Well, there’s some good news for all those View audiences who aren’t fans: Fiorina will only be a guest co-host on The View two days this week, starting today and ending tomorrow (Sept. 21). Then, as far as we know, she won’t return for good — that is unless she snags the full-time position from McCain, which has yet to be filled.

And, surprise! Moderator Whoopi Goldberg also announced on today’s broadcast that Vice President Kamala Harris will join the panel as a guest this week. Harris will be answering the ladies’ questions on this Friday’s (Sept. 24) episode.

That means that The View won’t celebrate Flashback Friday this week, sadly, but we can expect to see an old member of the panel on next week’s Friday (Oct. 1) episode. Also next week, a new conservative panelist will join. That could be any of the folks announced as guest co-hosts, including Alyssa Farah, Condoleezza Rice, S.E. Cupp, Eboni K. Williams, Cameran Eubanks or Gretchen Carlson.

The View airs weekdays on ABC at 11/10c.
