Bruins announce training camp roster, schedule

The Bruins have announced their roster and schedule for training camp, which officially begins with off-ice testing on Wednesday followed by the first full practice of the new season on Thursday.

Here is the Bruins' roster (* = injured player):

The Bruins will practice Thursday, Friday and Saturday at Warrior Ice Arena in Brighton before their first preseason game Sunday at 5 p.m. in Washington against the Capitals.

The rest of the Bruins' previously announced preseason games will be Sept. 28 at the Rangers, Sept. 30 vs. the Flyers, Oct. 2 vs. the Rangers, Oct. 4 at the Flyers, and Oct. 6 vs. the Capitals.

Boston's regular-season opener is Oct. 16 against the Dallas Stars at 7 p.m. at TD Garden.
