Sophie Turner shows off her toned pins in a silk tennis skirt while husband Joe Jonas opts for a quirky co-ord as they step out for a date night in NYC

Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas showed off their quirky sense of style as they stepped out for a date night in New York City on Monday. 

The actress, 25, looked cosy in a vintage blue sweatshirt which boasted sweet graphics on the front, while the singer, 32, donned an oversized blue workman shirt with matching baggy trousers. 

Game Of Thrones star Sophie put her long legs on display by wearing a thigh-skimming silk tennis skirt with white trainers. 

She appeared to be getting something out of her white baguette bag as she walked down the Manhattan street. 

The X-Men star scraped her red locks off her face which she held neatly in place with a claw clip.  

Joe, meanwhile, paired his ensemble with a low scoop neck T-shirt which showed off his bare chest and a chain round his neck. 

The Cake By The Ocean hitmaker also had red and white painted nails, and wore a ring on his finger. 

Both of them were in line with Covid-19 restrictions and wore disposable masks while enjoying their evening.

Earlier this year, the happy couple celebrated two years of marriage together.

On May 1, 2019 the couple got married with a ceremony in Las Vegas, which pal Diplo streamed live on the Internet, revealing the nuptials taking place at a little white wedding chapel complete with Elvis impersonator.

Then, on June 29 that year, they celebrated with a huge wedding at a beautiful 18th century French château in the south of France.  

One week later, the couple shared photos of the big day with fans, showing Sophie looking beautiful in a Louis Vuitton bridal gown.

They finished off their celebrations with a honeymoon in the Maldives.

They have also since become first-time parents to baby daughter Willa whom they welcomed last July.

Sophie and Joe have been together since late 2016; the pair met through mutual friends and kicked things off by DMing each other. They got engaged in 2017, a year after their first date.

Sophie later told Harper's Bazaar: 'We had a lot of mutual friends and they'd been trying to introduce us for a long time. We were following each other on Instagram and he direct-messaged me one fine day, out of the blue.'

Rumors that they were an item first swirled when they were seen cosying up at the MTV EMAs in November 2016, pictured on several occasions afterwards at various other events.

The pair then made it 'Insta-official' in January 2017, when Sophie shared a snap of Joe smoking a cigar on a boat in Miami.
