A woman was killed in a crash in Lebanon County on Tuesday morning. UPDATE: Pennsylvania State Police have identified the victim as Clara Wenger, 64, of Jonestown, Pa.The crash happened around 5:30 a.m. on Jonestown Road at Ono Road in East Hanover Township. Jonestown Road was shut down for about three hours, but has reopened.
