Liberty Walk is known for the crazy bodykits on Lamborghini Huracans, Nissan GT-Rs, and other sportscars and supercars but it seems they are also interested in off-road vehicles. The Japanese tuner announced a tuning kit for the Toyota Land Cruiser 300 series designed in collaboration with Sphere Light, which will be available from 2022.

This is not the first time we have come across a bodykit for the new Land Cruiser, since both Modelista and Wald have already presented their own proposals. Like the aforementioned tuners, Liberty Walk / Sphere Light added a bumper extension with extra LED lights which might limit the off-road approach angle of the Land Cruiser but it is said to improve aerodynamics.

The Toyota badge has been replaced by Liberty Walk lettering on the grille, below the new bonnet with a carbon-fiber look. The profile is characterized by wide fenders with integrated inlets and a new set of wheels which not only look huge in diameter but are also significantly wider. At the back, we find dual spoilers above and below the rear windshield, aerodynamic extensions on the bumper, and a new diffuser with dual exhaust pipes.

First deliveries are expected in 2022, yet Liberty Walk has already announced pricing. If you already own a Land Cruiser 300 Series or have a reservation for one – despite the rumored four-year waiting list – and you are interested in the bodykit, you will have to pay ¥1,958,000 ($17,871) in Japan or $19,580 in other markets for the whole package.
