One man has died in a south Fort Worth shooting overnight.

Just before 11:30 p.m. gunfire was heard at The Valley at Cobb Park, an apartment complex on Robert Street near South Riverside.
Police arrived to find two men shot. One died and the other is listed in critical condition. Police have not said who did the shooting or why.
