There is little doubt that Kathryn Hahn had one of the best roles in WandaVision. However, Agnes aka Agatha Harkness was ultimately defeated by Wanda Maximoff by the end of the limited series. So is there any chance we'll get to see the witch again in the future? Hahn is still campaigning for her character's return in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Agnes was undoubtedly one of the best new characters introduced in the MCU this year. The popularity has a lot to do with Hahn's performance as well as the character's own powers and tenacity.
Interestingly, WandaVision concluded with Agnes best left with no memories of what went down in Westview. Still, Hahn hasn't given up hope on her character's possible return to the MCU.
Variety recently spoke to Hahn and asked if Agnes/Agatha will be back in another MCU project. Not surprisingly, the Saturday Night Live alum stated that she hasn't heard from Marvel just yet but is hoping to get the call soon.
"I don't know. I hope somewhere. I hope anywhere," Hahn said. "I love her madly. Listen, I'm with you. But who knows?"
We love the idea of Agnes being brought back in another MCU project. After all, there's still so much we could learn about the character and she might even be helpful to Wanda now that she's had a change of heart.
For now, Marvel Studios has not yet confirmed whether Agnes will be back in another TV show or even a film. Stay tuned for more updates in the future.
