Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers now wants all the “BS” talks to stop. After all, he and the Green Bay Packers just proved there is no reason to panic despite their less-than-ideal start to the 2021 season.

To recall, Rodgers and the Packers received a wave of backlash after their  embarrassing 38-3 loss to the New Orleans Saints. While the whole team was to be blamed, Rodgers got the brunt of the heavy criticisms after fans and experts alike questioned his mentality and his desire to still be with the team and help them.

NFL legend Michael Irvin blasted Rodgers at the time and said that “it really showed” he's thinking about retiring–which was a major headline during the offseason amid his disagreement with the Packers. Meanwhile, ESPN commentator Stephen A. Smith called Rodgers' performance at the time “atrocious” and the “most shameful performance” of his career.

Now, after leading the Packers to a 35-17 win against the Detroit Lions in Week 2's Monday Night Football, Aaron Rodgers sent a strong message to the doubters and, well, trolls who kept on bugging them after their horrible showing in the opener.

“People like to say a lot of bullshit, and it's nice to come back in here after a game like that,” Rodgers said, per Rob Demovsky of ESPN NFL. “There's so much more overreaction on a week to week basis. So it's good to go out there and get the trolls off our back for at least another week.”

Rodgers threw four touchdowns in the game in an immaculate performance that saw him avoid any interception. He completed 22 of his 27 passes for 255 yards. In the process, the 37-year-old QB surpassed John Elway for the 10th-most passing yards in NFL history.

While there is still a lot of football to play, Rodgers certainly showed the Packers that he's still all-in on the team.
