Duke men's basketball lands...anotha one.

The second-ranked recruit in the Class of 2022, Dereck Lively II, committed to Duke on Monday evening over the likes of Kentucky and Penn State. The commitment gives Duke coach-in-waiting Jon Scheyer and the Blue Devils three of the Top 10 players committed in the Class of 2022.

The commitment gives Duke a fourth commitment from a five-star since Scheyer was named Krzyzewski's successor earlier this summer and it comes just four days after the program secured its first five-star in 2023 in point guard Caleb Foster out of Oak Hill Academy.

Duke now presumably holds the No. 1 class in the country as Lively joins Dariq Whitehead (No. 4) Kyle Filipowski (No. 12) Jaden Schutt (No. 54)

The Coach K 'farewell' tour begins October 30th when the Blue Devils host Winston-Salem State
