A Jamestown man was arrested by the Adair County Sheriff’s Office on multiple charges Monday.
Jeffrey D. Helton, age 30, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief first degree, possession of handgun by a convicted felon, and public intoxication of a controlled substance excluding alcohol.
Helton was lodged in the Adair County Jail at around 5:30 p.m. Monday.
